Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out structured duties in respect to recruitment, drafting vacancy announcements for review, sorting and screening of CVs as per announced criteria, arranging interview, calling candidates etc. and assisting the Head of HR and the Senior Manager (HR) and Manager (HR) in all other processes of recruitment as required.
∎ Processing and organizing preparation of letters of employment, contracts, promotion, transfer, reassignment, termination, retirement, confirmation in service etc.
∎ Orientation and induction of the new staff up to Grade III if not otherwise instructed.
∎ Input HR data in the HR database.
∎ Undertake field visits as and when required and advised for specific tasks to be performed.
∎ Prepare various HR related letters.
∎ Carrying out any other assignments given by the Supervisor as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 01 (one) year's relevant experience in HR field.
∎ Must be very good in Computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
∎ Must be good in communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel at field level frequently.
Salary: Tk. 22939 - 25726 (Monthly)
