∎ BBA/MBA from any reputed university.
Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining current HR files and databases
∎ Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
∎ Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
∎ Validate attendance and leave data for all workers; Calculate final wages basis overtime and valid deductions
∎ Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
∎ Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations for errors
∎ Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
