∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment and employee On-boarding process.
∎ Responsible for sourcing qualified candidates through various channels like bdjobs, social media, and Job Fair as per the manpower requisition.
∎ Responsible for reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for the role.
∎ Communicate with the BU Heads regarding their required manpower suit for the required position.
∎ Responsible for conducting interviews to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
∎ Responsible for promoting and enhancing the brand image of the company as a great place to work, attracting strong candidates.
∎ Ensure the application of company policy aligned with Bangladesh Labor Act.
∎ Effectively communicate with the universities regarding job vacancies and offering.
∎ Responsible for conducting the internship program round the year.
∎ Verification and documentation of the joining documents of the newly joined employees.
∎ Communicate with the HR Business Partners for various day to day activities.
∎ Perform other relevant tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
