Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Social Science (MSS)/ Economics/Sociology/Social welfare/Development Studies or/and other related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, develop, implement and evaluate the organization's HR Strategy across organization.
∎ Managing all HR related functional activities which includes manpower planning, advertising, recruitment, compensation & benefits, succession planning and maintaining of HR database system.
∎ Design, implement and review training programs to meet specific department needs.
∎ Initiate staff and organizational performance management
∎ Monitor & ensure strict compliance with all HR and Admin related policies and procedures
∎ Manage all HR related documentation, letters and files by both soft copy and hard copy.
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings, check meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
∎ Develop and shape the M&E strategy, approach and guideline at organization level and support to develop monitoring system at project level.
∎ Prepare organizational monitoring plan and manage monitoring operation to strengthening field based monitoring process.
∎ Prepare evaluation plan, develop tools and take initiative for implementation as required.
∎ Striving for innovation and encourage networking with relevant stakeholders
∎ Provide technical support, trainings to field staff for proper documentation and M&E as according to donor and MMS standards.
∎ Develop a common platform to disseminate learning's and challenges
∎ Capture and document best practices and disseminate learning to the regarding personnel's.
∎ Prepare required all types of reports and documentation as well as preserved.
∎ Look after Employee Relations affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities
∎ Maintain a solid, up-to-date understanding with organization all program activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR and M & E
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply but female candidate will be given preference.
∎ Able to write and speak English fluently
∎ Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software
∎ Ability to design M&E tools, surveys and evaluations
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and statistical packages.

Salary:
∎ 50000/= BDT monthly in provision period. After provision period 55000/=BDT.

∎ Salary review: Yearly
∎ Festival bonus: 3
∎ Communication cost & allowance
