∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Master’s degree in statistics, data management, gender, political sciences, international development, economic development, or other relevant is required.
∎ Excellent computer operating skill and conversant with MS Office package and trained in M&E related latest software and tools (like SPSS, KOBO etc.)
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in NGO sector
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience of Monitoring & Evaluation
∎ Must have faster Bangla typing (Bijoy) skill.
∎ Having sound speaking and writing skills in English
∎ Must have motorcycle driving skill
∎ Educational Qualification:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manab Mukti Sangstha (MMS) is a Non-Government NGO working for the development of the underprivileged community people of Sirajganj, Tangail & Pabna Districts focusing on climate change issues since 1984. MMS has been implementing the Microfinance Program as the core program with the partnership of PKSF, MMS also implements some other integrated programs like, RAISE, RMTP and ENRICH, with the support of PKSF. Besides these, other development and humanitarian programs are being implemented with the support of OXFAM, WECAN and the Department of Women Affairs. MMS also runs a Training Centre. MMS is looking for a competent personnel for the position of “Monitoring & Reporting Officer" for the organization.
∎ Review & Update MMS Monitoring Policy;
∎ Prepare project specific monitoring and evaluation guidelines;
∎ Prepare project specific monitoring plan as per project proposal and guideline;
∎ Contribute to review project proposals based on Logical Framework Matrix;
∎ Tracking progress of indicators and activities compare to operational targets;
∎ Visit filed areas to monitor projects activities, provide advice for quality improvement;
∎ At least 50% of working time should be on filed areas of different projects or programs;
∎ Collect and analyze project data for assessing the progress/results;
∎ Initiate sharing of internal learning among staff members within the project and organization;
∎ Develop different formats/tools relating to program report and monitoring;
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually individual plan and report to respective supervisor;
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually comprehensive plan & report for the organization;
∎ Update Organization Profile quarterly;
∎ Contribute in the development process of organization’s annual report;
∎ Guide organizations staffs for the standard reporting process (qualitative & quantitative);
∎ Prepare and submit monitoring reports;
∎ Directly report to the Executive Director of the organization;
∎ Contribute to the different policy development or review process;
∎ Contribute in the Disaster Management Initiates of the organization;
∎ Participate with core management team of the organizational management;
∎ Other responsibilities allocated by MMS Management;
