Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establishment of various company management regulations.
∎ Have sufficient knowledge of the Garment industry and be able to identify suitable candidates, handle recruitment procedures to find the right candidates for the right jobs
∎ Provide training on factory regulations when workers enter the factory and organize job and skill training for all employees in the factory
∎ Understand how trade unions work, maintain employee relations and improve labor-management harmony
∎ Ensure HR system smooth operation, and pay monthly salary regularly
∎ Provide analysis of HR-related figures for senior executives to make management decisions
∎ General affairs administration, include factory environmental cleaning, production safety and fire protection
∎ Assist with factory inspections and other related operations
∎ Maintain all license and certificate.
∎ Directly assisting Head of Factory HR for various issues and strategies, policy preparations to achieve departmental objectives
