Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have hands-on experience in Call center HR R&D, HR Architecture, HR Analytics, Succession Planning, HR Automation, People Engagement, KPI Fixing and Dashboard Reporting .
∎ To receive call in computer and reply with decorum and process as per guidelines.
∎ Need to be available for 8 hours online to reply calls apart from break time .Need to pass mock call test and training related other requirement for competence
∎ Identify customer needs clarify information and provide solutions as per guidelines
∎ Any work assigned by the management need to be conducted accordingly
∎ There will be opportunity of career growth with performance .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
