Job Context:
∎ Call center operator should be able to communicate and reply as the queries asked and act to support each other as a Team .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive call in computer and reply with decorum and process as per guidelines.
∎ Need to be available for 8 hours online to reply calls apart from break time .
∎ Need to pass mock call test and training related other requirement for competence
∎ Identify customer needs clarify information and provide solutions as per guidelines
∎ Any work assigned by the management need to be conducted accordingly .
∎ There will be opportunity of career growth with performance .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ spoken and written capacity in English language .
∎ Exceptionally good in communication and in English language ( spoken and written ) will get preference even if undergraduate
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 28000 (Monthly)
