Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and employee records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and HRIS records.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, resignations, and separations.
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support as needed.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing and monitoring the performance appraisal system.
- Guide teams and managers on goal-setting and KPIs.
- Support continuous performance feedback and improvement processes.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure accuracy in salary processing and compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with Finance for timely disbursement of salaries.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure implementation and communication of HR policies across the company.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and prepare required reports or documentation.
