Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and employee records.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and HRIS records.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, resignations, and separations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support as needed.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing and monitoring the performance appraisal system.
  • Guide teams and managers on goal-setting and KPIs.
  • Support continuous performance feedback and improvement processes.

Payroll & Attendance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
  • Ensure accuracy in salary processing and compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with Finance for timely disbursement of salaries.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation and communication of HR policies across the company.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support audits and prepare required reports or documentation.
