∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM will get preference.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to Recruitment and Selection processes including vacancy announcement, screening of the candidates and making a short list as guideline by HR Manager. Support to onboarding plans and activities, and to represent the organization Conduct Orientation program for new employees and educating them on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations. Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to prospective candidates Ensure that job offers and appointment letters are issued to finally selected candidates Preserve all kinds of relevant documents of recruitment and personal file and ensure uploading it to relevant portals. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process as well on boarding required manpower on time. And Coordinate Performance Appraisal process Assist to Manage Discipline, Grievance procedure and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Generating Official Letters in respect of HR issues such as office circular, note, memo, appointment letter, transfer letter, warning letter etc. Follow up transfer, confirmation, increment, promotion, exit interview etc. Follow up Attendance and Leave Management. keep it record with portal and files. Maintain employee’s Personal Files and doc. Make a Visiting Card and ID Card. Update database accordingly & Complete software entries of the new joiners Follow-up office cleaning issue, distribute the Stationary Items and Cleaning items and keep stock record in the register. Any other tasks assigned by the Management
