Responsibilities & Context:
- Site development - explore potential locations including market analysis, feasibility study, site visit and site presentation
- Determine the best locations for store opening in Bangladesh
- Build a pipeline, timetable of store openings and workplan to achieve target of store opening
- Negotiate rental terms to secure commercially acceptable rents and contracts, and prepare legal documents (MoU, Terms & Condition)
- Negotiate with malls / land owners on getting the best spots for on-site advertisement and promotion in the most cost-effective manner, and execute the same
- Support in getting all the necessary documentation from land owners to get store licenses/permits
- Prepare budget for stores development in Bangladesh
- Negotiate rates and work closely with contractor to coordinate fit out of new outlets, prepare the equipment and manage technicians, and ensure each outlet is ready for opening & to meet sales targets; supervise contractor staff as necessary
- Serves as the main point of contact with external entities in relation to the site projects
- Report to the Country GM or such other person or committees as may be determined from time to time, in a timely manner on the affairs of the business
