Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partner with stakeholders to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention. Assist Head of HR to work on new HR Strategies, new procedures, and policies to improve efficiency of HR and employee experience.
∎ Identify the different sources of recruitment based on profile/role and work on attracting potential talents from possible channels as per business /functions requirement
∎ Coordinate with the hiring manager on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
∎ Conducting recruitment events, posting jobs on different platform, screening CVs as per requisition, communicating with shortlisted candidates & coordinating interview board
∎ Organize assessor panel training on competency-based interviews to prepare assessors throughout the organization.
∎ Ensure the proper process of deployment (onboarding and orientation), joining and appointment-related tasks, pre-employment reference check
∎ Assist Head of HR in performing Job Analysis program, drive annual performance & rewards initiatives including Performance Planning & Target Setting (KPI) , Mid- Year Review, Year-End Review, Annual Rewards, etc.
∎ Resolve employee performance/ disciplinary issues and address grievances.
∎ Assist the Head of HR to identify the training needs and develop a training calendar with a designed and structured training program (Soft skills, Functional and Leadership).
∎ Assist Head of HR to design training curriculum and content to support employees with transitions through adopting changes,
∎ Conducting orientation programs and arranging on-the-job training for new hires
∎ Ensure record-keeping of all HR operation-related documents in compliance with policy & process and design analytical HR dashboard for management presentation.
∎ Maintain liaison with various universities/institutions, training institutes, head hunters, and online job portals and attend job campaigns, job fairs to support employer branding-related tasks.
∎ Providing creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and proposing engagement & recognition initiatives accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years experience in full HR spectrum including recruitment & selection, training, performance management, and employee engagement)
∎ A progressive HR mindset, believing in transparency, accountability, and a culture of growth and development is highly expected.
∎ Self-starter capable of working independently with a proven track record of using self-initiative
∎ Demonstrated interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate effectively, influence, and work well with others in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Highly numerical and meticulous in detail and advanced level Proficiency in MS Excel Training facilitation skill exposure could be given preference on bringing result through managing change.
