Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Financial analysis and reporting, MS Office Applications, VAT Tax Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a 6.3 VAT Challan for every delivery of the different products and maintain the register.
∎ Ensure all entry of VAT Challans into the 6.1 Consumption Register Book.
∎ Scanned the VAT Challan and sent it to the Marketing and Commercial department at Head Office for further processing.
∎ Maintain daily sales Reports using Excel Sheet.
∎ Update daily production Opening and closing VAT Reports using the Excel sheet.
∎ Preparation of Mushak 4.3 Input -Output coefficient with related costing from bill of entry and local purchase.
∎ Maintain VDS Mushak 6.6 for the different products and maintain the register on a monthly basis.
∎ Issue monthly debit and credit note maintaining Mushak 6.7 & 6.8.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT return Mushak 9.1 and submit it online.
∎ Prepare an Audit Report and submit it to the Customs office.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
