Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting to recruitment process & collecting new employee’s necessary information for making personal files.
∎ Induction of the new employee in the HRIS software with the employee current photo & the necessary information.
∎ Ensuring new employee's Medical test, ID Card, Appointment Letter & finger punch registration.
∎ Preparing new employee personal file with proper documentations.
∎ Ensuring daily attendance by Print & correction of daily absent list & missed out punch report.
∎ Preparing Reason wise absent analysis report & the attendance report.
∎ Handling & resolving verbal grievances of the floors.
∎ Monitoring floor housekeeping & implement 5s & maintaining floor compliance issues.
∎ Issuing lefty letter for lefty employee & update in personal file.
∎ Check & ensuring payment of night bill & holiday allowance.
∎ Opening & ensuring new worker & staff's bank account.
∎ Checking monthly attendance, leave posting, new employee salary for monthly salary correction.
∎ Checking monthly salary sheet with the coordination of payroll.
∎ Ensuring resigned & lefty employee payments.
∎ Preparing resign & lefty files with proper documentations & payments sheets.
∎ Increment & Promotion letter update in personal file & posting in personal file.
∎ Monthly Holiday allowance payments.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidate must have the English competency in Verbal & Written.
∎ Computer literacy with MS Office Application Specially in MS Word & Excel is a must.
