∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process.
∎ Assist with day to day operations of HR.
∎ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Assist in Absenteeism/ Attrition measures and Leave Management, Daily attendance tracking.
∎ Time to time contract closures / renewals of associates.
∎ Payroll Processing.
∎ Monthly Agency Bill processing and query resolution with associates/ agency / finance, etc.
∎ Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Support in handling external site issues as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 years of prior work experience as HR Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
∎ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
∎ Knowledge of Payroll management software will be an added advantage
∎ Basic knowledge of labor laws
∎ Experience of using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Graduation is must-from any field; Post graduation in HR will be preferred.
