Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategies to improve sales
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding KPI
∎ Supervise daily store operation and ensure achievement of all productivity and sales target and recommend solutions to enhance store’s profit.
∎ Supervise and guide the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales team to enhance their competencies.
∎ Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
∎ Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
∎ Effectively handling customer feedback and complaints.
∎ Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
∎ Ensuring store’s compliance with administrative and procedural guidelines and deadlines to meet targeted sales and profits.
∎ Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ highly energetic professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a proven performance-based track record of success.
∎ Should have 5-7 years of field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication and English skills.
∎ Internet savvy and strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
∎ Preferable work experience in industries are IT.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Should be a team player who can integrate with the sales team.
∎ An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.
∎ Keen interest in understanding customer requirement and market the product.
∎ Availability to travel as needed.
∎ Relationship building skills.
∎ Good knowledge of overall business.
