Responsibilities & Context:

HR Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).

Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.

Maintain HR records, employee details

Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.

Monitor compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational policies.

Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, training, performance metrics).

Salary management & Salary distribution & bank accounts management

Admin Responsibilities

Managing seating arrangements, workstation setups, and equipment allocation.

Coordinating with vendors for maintenance, utilities, and supplies.

Tracking office assets (headsets, computers, phones, furniture)

Coordinating procurement and inventory management.

Managing IT support requests and ensuring smooth technical operations.

onboarding, ID card issuance, and orientation logistics.

Managing transport, food, or other employee welfare services.
