Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ MBA in Human Resource Management from any govt. recognized reputed Public/Private Universities.
∎ Masters degree in any discipline having PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Business Communication, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Excellent communication skill, Fluency in English speaking, Good command over MS Office Package, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Khowladge of Bangladesh Labour Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin and Compliance: General HR, Computer skill, Email Communications, Good Command Over English, Good knowledge about MS Office : MS Excel, Human Resource Management, payroll management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

∎ We are looking to recruit a qualified, competent, self-confident, proactive HR & Admin Officer. The selected individual will get a promising opportunity to work on the ongoing project.
∎ Project-based contractual job.
∎ Contract Duration: 12 Months. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Duties/Responsibilities: Perform recruitment & selection process that includes job advertisement, CV screening, schedule job interviews, contact candidates as needed, competitive exam process, physical interviews, and conduct employee onboarding process.
∎ Reward & HR Operations, Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits (Final Settlement)
∎ Employee Relations, Disputes & Investigations, Grievance Management & Counseling.
∎ Assist HR Manager to Ensure legal compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Act throughout human resource management.
∎ Policy/SOP Development. & Implementation Management (HR Policy, Recruiting policy, Code of -Conduct, Loan Policy, etc.)
∎ Write, post, and check all official letters (confirmation letter, promotion letter, disciplinary / show-cause letter, warning letter, inter-department transfer letter, employee introduction letter for visa, NOC for airport/land port, employee salary certificate, employment certificates, experience certificate, release letter, etc.) and notices (holiday notice, event update, general declaration, etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Monthly HR Dashboard & Employee Database Management.
∎ Employee Leave Management- follow-up on Daily Attendance & Absenteeism.
∎ Review OT Calculation, Arrear Adjustment, Deduction Calculation, Maternity Benefits Calculation
∎ Yearly Earned Leave Calculation & Encashment.
∎ Prepare Yearly Salary Increment Calculation Sheet and Implement Reviewed Salary in due time.
∎ Negotiating with selected candidates for joining.
∎ Preparing Local & Expatriates appointment letters & offer letters of respective employees.
∎ Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages.
∎ Assist HR Manager with Monthly Internal reporting (Manpower Status for Social and Gender Report to Planning Dept., Monthly Leave Encashment update report to Finance, Inclusion & Exclusion employee's reporting to Finance for updating Workmen's Compensation Policy)
∎ Monthly External Reporting (Employee's Master Database & Employee's Monthly Attendance report to SUEZ-India as per SUEZ-India's prescribed format)
∎ Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.
∎ Admin Duties/Responsibilities: Insurance (Yearly Renewal, Review premiums bills, Inclusion, Exclusion, etc.)
∎ Vendor Management (Insurance, Payroll, Immigration, Job Advertisers, Manpower Agency)
∎ Immigration, VISA (A3 VISA, E VISA), Expatriates Management (Security Clearance, Work Permit, TIN, Bank Account)
∎ Timely completion of all visa/residency processes to avoid penalties from the Immigration
∎ Executing orders of the management
∎ Liaison with govt agencies (BIDA, DWASA, SB, NSI, etc.) for smooth functioning of VISA, Security Clearance, Work Permit, etc.
∎ Supervising visa agency's all visa processes related cases correctly and efficiently, employing a polite manner to both applicants and Embassy employees.
∎ Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
∎ Ensuring that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
∎ Independently supervising visa agencies to obtain visas, work permits, and other related documents.
∎ Advising officers on relevant applicant information which requires thorough knowledge of the host country by providing consular officers with background information on local customs, traditions, and personalities.
∎ Keeping fluent interaction with the Visa Unit Staff, Visa Unit Chief, and Deputy Consul General, providing advice, recommendations, and feedback on visa operations, as appropriate, to establish state-of-the-art visa processing.
∎ Independently handling obtaining necessary clearance from various related ministries in collaboration with the company's authorized visa agency.
∎ Taken full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
∎ Negotiating/resolving daily problems among staff etc. on administrative issues consultation with management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Desired Characteristics for this role: Must be familiar with country-specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources.
∎ Fluent in English (both speaking & writing) is a MUST.
∎ MUST have good command over advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
∎ Should be insightful about Labor Law (Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and subsequent amendments)
∎ Communication, Coordination, and Networking skills.
