∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any govt. recognized universities.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Auto CAD Drafting, AutoCAD, Civil Construction works, Ms Office Suite, Navisworks, Water Treatment Plant
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Project-based contractual job.
∎ Contract Duration: 12 Months. (maybe extended by the Company, if required)
∎ He/she conceptualizes Water & Wastewater plant engineering from an Installation & Piping point of view.
∎ He/ She develops the units, complete in all spheres.
∎ He/ She ensures the fullest support in all respects for the development of designers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to Discipline Manager in:
∎ Complete drawing production in terms of its QUALITY &INFORMATION and take full ownership of the production.
∎ Ensuring the Coherency & Conformity of the production with the entire BEP package & contract.
∎ Following all applicable engineering procedures (i.e., Omega DB, Workflow chart, Best work practices, Piping COP templates, Eureka recommendations, etc.)
∎ Submission of all Piping deliverables on schedule and within budget.
∎ The documentation management related to your production(collect, control and file)
∎ Proactive and effective intercommunication among the project team.
∎ Visiting the site on a day-to-day basis and observing the site activities w.r.t. inter-disciplinary coordination requirements.
∎ 2D drawings of units, following Layering, Pipe route optimization, Optimum space utilization, positioning of units as per coordinate, making L sections for clash checking, PID vs 2D drawing checking.
∎ Produces 2D Drawings mainly like Civil Guide Drawings, Assembly Drawing, and Detail Drawing e.g., Puddle, Isometric, Pipe support, etc. with timely submissions.
∎ BOQ of Electro mechanicals
∎ Clearly able to read and understand P&IDs.
∎ Understanding the entire project process structures which he or Piping designers are producing. In case he/she doesn't know maximum of 2-3 units organize its brief coaching by the Piping discipline manager before the start of that unit.
∎ Thorough 2D drawing preparation & review with complete control over Layering, Pipe route optimization, optimum space utilization, positioning of units as per coordinate, making L sections for clash checking, PID vs 2D checking etc.
∎ Sectional drawing preparation & visualization w.r.t plan view.
∎ Coherence check & complete BOQ for the plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of 3D versions will be a preferred advantage.
