Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead all HR & Admin operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

  • Oversee and manage complete payroll processing for staffs and employees

  • Oversee administrative functions and office management

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local labor laws and international best practices

  • Manage employee benefits, compensation structures, tax compliance, and statutory requirements

  • Liaise with government agencies for all regulatory matters

  • Build and maintain a positive organizational culture

  • Handle sensitive, confidential, and classified matters with utmost discretion

  • Handle trade union and Local People

  • Oversee the entire factory operations including production, quality, maintenance and dispatch.

  • Maintain coordination between Head Office and Factory teams to ensure smooth communication.

  • Supervise and guide all department heads under the factory.

  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance with factory rules and labor laws.

  • Conduct regular meetings with key team members to review progress and address issues.

  • Support HR & Admin team in manpower planning, recruitment and employee relations.

  • Promote teamwork, safety awareness, and continuous improvement culture among employees.

  • Maintain compliance with factory act, labor law, fire safety and environmental regulations.

  • Coordinate with audit teams and take corrective actions on non-compliance issues.

  • Oversee factory certifications, license renewals and compliance documentation.

  • Control factory expenses, wastage and monitor budgetary targets.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to higher management.

  • Participate in strategic planning and provide inputs for process optimization.

  • Implement management decisions and ensure alignment with company objectives.
