  • Experience minimum 02 to 03 years;

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant;

  • Executive Assistant or similar administrative role;

  • Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking skills;

  • Excellent in speaking both bangla & English and also in communication skills;

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar software;

  • Ability to work autonomously/under pressure and anticipate needs. 



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable female ‘‘Personal Assistant’’ for our ‘Navieasoft’ corporate office to provide administrative and personal support to our ‘‘CEO’’ and also others tasks in office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Office Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Weekend-Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage, organize and prioritize complex calendars, appointments and meetings, often across multiple time zones;

  • Communication Handling: Screen and respond to emails, phone calls and other correspondence, acting as the primary point of contact;

  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, transport, accommodation and itineraries;

  • Document Preparation: Prepare, format and edit reports, presentations (PowerPoint), correspondence, and other documents;

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize meetings, conferences and events, handling logistics, materials and follow-ups;

  • Research & Data Management: Conduct research, gather data, summarize findings and maintain databases/filing systems;

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive/confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism;

  • Personal Support: Assist with personal errands, tasks and household management as required;

  • Any other tasks/Office Executive rules assign by the CEO/Management.
