  • Generally, at least two years of experience in HR or a related field is expected for HR Administrator positions.

  • Efficient, sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.

  • Must have the skills of being approachable and helpful.

  • The efficiency of keeping all kinds of sensitive information confidential.

  • Possess the ability to make a remarkably ethical judgment.

  • Equipped with strong and critical thinking skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of computer literacy, including MS Office in particular.



Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Vannara, Mouchak, Gazipur

  • Maintain internal records with efficiency. This may include the whole process of preparing, issuing, and filing the documentation of a company. For example, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.

  • Process all internal arrangements, including training sessions, travel schedules, and team-building events.

  • Keep all the policies of the company updated, thereby effectively ensuring legal compliance.

  • Maintain healthy communication with the recruiters and all other external parties.

  • Set up interview sessions and corresponding with proficient employees within a stipulated time.

  • Organize and maintain all the personal records.

  • Prepare documents for HR, including new hire guides and employment contracts.

  • Answer all the employee queries regarding HR-related issues.

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records file.
