Responsibilities & Context:

Key responsibilities include:

Employee Record Management:

  • Maintaining and updating personnel files, employee data, and HR databases.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, collecting resumes, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Preparing HR documents, supporting the creation of company policies, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company regulations.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and responding to employee questions about these benefits.

Payroll Support:

  • Providing employee information, such as leave and attendance records, to the payroll department for processing.

HR Operations Support:

  • Supporting the HR department with various administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and managing HR correspondence.

Reporting:

  • Preparing and compiling HR-related reports and presentations on HR metrics for management.

Employee Support:

  • Serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and helping resolve HR-related issues.

HR Projects:

  • Participating in HR-related projects such as job fairs, recruitment events, and the development of training materials.
