Employee Record Management:
- Maintaining and updating personnel files, employee data, and HR databases.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, collecting resumes, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Preparing HR documents, supporting the creation of company policies, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
Benefits Administration:
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and responding to employee questions about these benefits.
Payroll Support:
- Providing employee information, such as leave and attendance records, to the payroll department for processing.
HR Operations Support:
- Supporting the HR department with various administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and managing HR correspondence.
Reporting:
- Preparing and compiling HR-related reports and presentations on HR metrics for management.
Employee Support:
- Serving as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and helping resolve HR-related issues.
HR Projects:
- Participating in HR-related projects such as job fairs, recruitment events, and the development of training materials.
