- Trusted with sensitive information, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Technical & IT Skills
HRMS/HRIS Tools
- Proficient in platforms like PiHR, Zoho People, BambooHR, Bitrix24, or Oracle HCM for digital recordkeeping, attendance, training, and payroll integration.
Productivity Software
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for efficient HR operations.
Communication & Virtual Tools
- Experienced in Slack, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet for internal communication, interviews, and remote training sessions.
Task & Project Management
- Working knowledge of Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion for tracking recruitment, onboarding tasks, and interdepartmental collaboration.
IT Coordination & Data Security
- Familiar with troubleshooting attendance devices, Google Admin Console, role-based access, and data privacy practices (GDPR/local regulations).
Forms & Analytics
- Skilled in Google Forms and data dashboards (Sheets/Data Studio) for surveys, performance reviews, recruitment analysis, and HR metrics reporting.
Responsibilities & Context: World IT LTD, a renowned company in the tech industry, is looking for a skilled and proactive HR & Admin Manager to manage our growing team and dynamic office operations.
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain digital and physical employee records; ensure all documentation complies with company policy and labor law.
Payroll & Compensation Support
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, track increments/bonuses, and ensure tax and labor compliance.
Performance Management
- Facilitate KPI setting, performance reviews, and documentation of outcomes for promotions and appraisals.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Oversee biometric or online attendance systems and maintain accurate leave records in sync with payroll.
HR Policy & Legal Compliance
- Draft and update HR policies; ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and manage disciplinary matters.
Separation & Exit Formalities
- Conduct exit interviews, ensure departmental clearance, and process final settlements in coordination with accounts.
Office & IT Administration
- Manage office facilities, procurement, and coordinate with IT for asset distribution, email access, and data protection during onboarding/offboarding.
