Job Context
The HR, Accounts & Admin Officer plays a key role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing human resource support, maintaining accurate financial and accounting records, preparing and sending commission claim invoices to partner universities, and ensuring effective administrative operations. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, students, agents, and international partner institutions while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities
HR
Support recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and HR compliance
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll support, and staff coordination
Accounts
Maintain daily financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare and send commission claim invoices to partner universities
Follow up on commission payments and reconcile accounts
Manage invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, and petty cash
Assist with financial reports, budgeting, audits, and tax compliance
Administration
Manage daily office operations, supplies, and documentation
Handle official correspondence, records, and front desk support
Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics
