Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are seeking two front desk executives to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and partner institutions. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries about study abroad programs, scheduling appointments with counselors, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment. The receptionist plays a key role in supporting administrative and customer service functions, ensuring smooth operations of the office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome students, parents, and visitors, and politely assist with walk-in inquiries.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages, and respond to basic study-abroad questions.

  • Collect, organize, and scan student and official documents following proper documentation and file-naming guidelines.

  • Schedule and manage appointments for students with counselors and for other visitors with relevant staff members.

  • Keep student and inquiry records accurate and up-to-date in both the CRM system and physical files.

  • Work closely with counselors and processing teams to share documents and follow up when needed.

  • Assist with daily front-office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
