• ·          Sound understanding of basic electronics, power systems, and industrial electrical installations.

• ·          Practical experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.

• ·          Ability to conduct laboratory sessions and demonstrate hands-on practical skills effectively.

• ·          Proficiency in preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.

• ·          Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications and presentation tools.
