• Age 25 to 35 years

• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of core electrical engineering subjects such as Electrical Circuits, Machines, Power Systems, and Electronics
• Practical experience in electrical wiring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to conduct and supervise lab classes, workshops, and hands-on training sessions
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and electrical codes
• Proficiency in using electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, clamp meter, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of PLC, motor control systems, and automation (preferred)
• preparing lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Ability to guide students in projects, internships, and technical competitions
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and presentation tools

Teaching and Training:

• Conduct theoretical and practical classes on electrical engineering topics.
• Train students in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.

Curriculum Support:

• Assist in developing course materials, lesson plans, and instructional content.
• Update teaching methods to align with industry standards.

Workshop Supervision:

• Oversee the electrical lab and ensure proper usage of tools and equipment.
• Maintain the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the workshop.

Student Guidance:

• Mentor students in project work, assignments, and hands-on activities.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure all electrical lab equipment is operational and well-maintained.
• Coordinate repair and procurement of necessary tools.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain records of student activities and departmental documentation.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to institutional development plans.
