Job Responsibilities:
∎ 01. Telephone Manners, Guest courtesy.
∎ 02. Read and follow up on inventory and log books.
∎ 03. Logging of calls and communication
∎ 04. Store maintenance slip to supervisor
∎ 05. Report urgent request
∎ 06. Update out of order rooms , rooms status ,exchange of uniforms
∎ 07. Writing of store orders, handling of all room keys.
∎ 08. Typing of housekeeping matters.
∎ 09. Dispatch of guest request item
∎ 10. Lost and found items handling
∎ 11. Receive discrepancy report from the Room attendant
∎ 12. Contact front office shift leader for early morning walk INS.
∎ 13. Follow up on VIP arrivals.
∎ 14. Other as per your Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
