Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check trolley every day to ensure that they are in good condition for any maintenance report to the supervisor.
∎ Check stock trolley as per instruction to ensure for smooth working conditions.
∎ Provide service as per the standard and special service as for V.I.P guest.
∎ Make everyday Bed, Dusting the room and Furniture Clean the Bathroom, Closet and Replace Guest room and Bath room Supplies and Vacuum all Carpets
∎ Replace all amenities for the guest according to the operational standards.
∎ Deliver extra item on loan to guest request Bed Sheet, Towel, Pillow, Extra Bed, Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Boards etc.
∎ Perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
∎ Responsible for replacement of guest complimentary water and re-stocking in the minibar authority
∎ Has authority to enter in guest rooms for cleaning and providing Turndown Services as per requirement with prior consent and as per duty schedule.
∎ Attends to guest call, guest requests. Guest complains in the area assigned to him.
∎ Must understand the emergency procedures for the entire Hotel.
∎ Must able to work Morning, Evening, Night, Weekend and Holidays Shifts.
∎ Room Attendant must be Honest, Dependable and Reliable.
∎ Report to Supervisor for any unusual occurrence in guest areas.
∎ Must inform any unusual and unwanted situation to the supervisor/Head of concern department.
∎ Any loss/missing incident to be informed immediately.
∎ Must not be involved in any incident which may cause damage to the prestige, dignity and honor of the institution.

∎ Age 20 to 26 years

∎ WITHOUT FIVE STAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE NO NEED TO APPLY
