∎ Certification in Food & Beverage Production from National Hotel Tourism Training Institute Bangladesh Parjaton Corporation .
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 24 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of the pre- opening kitchen (operational, administrative setup).
∎ Prepare creative and innovative menu plans and calculations based on the F&B concept.
∎ Do not lose the overview with many different outlets and manage to lead and guide your team accordingly
∎ Optimize the productivity and efficiency of the subordinate areas
∎ Lead the entire kitchen brigade professionally, disciplinarily and administratively
∎ Supervise the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance (HAACP)
∎ You will be in charge of the optimal purchase and ordering of food/merchandise
∎ always have a watchful eye on the compliance and review of the current kitchen budget (personnel costs, food cost, etc...)
∎ You are a real team player with all F&B departments and the leadership team
∎ You are responsible for the further development of our kitchen team and trainees and enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge
∎ You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.
