This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Nursing and Public Health to gain practical experience in international patient coordination, healthcare communication, and medical administration.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with patients and their family members.
Provide accurate information about Nepal Mediciti Hospital's departments, doctors, and medical services.
Guide patients through the treatment process, required documents, and appointment procedures.
Collect, organize, and maintain patients' medical reports and records.
Coordinate doctor appointments and follow up with patients when required.
Assist patients with healthcare-related inquiries and provide necessary support.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure professional communication at all times.
Support healthcare awareness activities, administrative tasks, and other responsibilities assigned by the management.
