Healthcare Intern (4 Positions)

• Communicate with patients and their family members in a professional and compassionate manner.

• Provide accurate information about Nepal Mediciti Hospital's departments, doctors, and healthcare services.

• Guide patients through the treatment process and required documentation.

• Collect, organize, and maintain patients' medical reports and records.

• Coordinate doctor appointments and patient follow-ups.

• Assist the Patient Relations team in ensuring a smooth patient experience.

• Support healthcare awareness activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Content Creator & Writer Intern (1 Position)

• Create engaging healthcare-related video content for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Write social media posts, captions, healthcare articles, blogs, and website content.

• Cover hospital events, awareness campaigns, and patient success stories.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative healthcare communication materials.

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated with social media trends and contribute fresh content ideas.

General

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards while interacting with patients.

• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management when required.

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the organization's mission.
