Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Arts/Social Science (BA or BSS) from recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to regular activities
∎ Assist in patient movement
∎ Patient registration and data entry
∎ Daily reporting
∎ Provide day to day logistical support
∎ Meet and greet each and every patient.
∎ Distribute serial tokens and maintain patient queue.
∎ Perform patient registration and data entry.
∎ Ensure all service entries in the software.
∎ Provide day to day support activity of the hospital.
∎ Provide logistical support.
∎ Help Project Manager to keep various reports.
∎ Guide the patient to pharmacy and other service points.
∎ Escort patient to relevant service points.
∎ Maintain sock of logistic items and update it monthly basis.
∎ Raise purchase requisition for stationery, logistics, patient prescription cards etc.
∎ Deal with patients politely and maintain professional relationships with patients.
∎ Maintain departmental quality checklist.
∎ Client care issues:
∎ Show empathy to the patients.
∎ Explain all the procedures and treatment advise to the patients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Experience in providing support to health care teams will be an added value.
∎ Previous experience of working in the char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be considered as an advantage.
∎ High commitment & motivation to work in remote places specially in riverine areas
∎ Excellent computer operating knowledge specially MS Office, email with typing speed at least 25wpm.
