Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Master’s in Public Health (MPH) will be of added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the formulation of strategy for program development in health sector
∎ Contribute in the formulation of annual work plans for ongoing projects and scopes for upcoming ones
∎ Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables through meaningful teamwork
∎ Work with the R&D team to develop innovative projects/services in the space of digital health
∎ Participate in user-centric research efforts for identifying requirements for digital health interventions
∎ Share domain knowledge to plan and design exploratory, formative and summative research activities within the scopes of health sector projects
∎ Participate in the development of BCC materials and relevant contents for ensuring better health seeking behavior and uptake of public health services
∎ Write reports and prepare presentations
∎ Raising awareness of good health, diet and exercise through training and workshops
∎ Manage relationship with relevant national and global institutions for smooth implementation of project activities
∎ Keeping up to date with current health promotion trends

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant area
∎ Skilled in documentation and presentation
∎ Overall understanding of the health sector, including all state and non-state initiatives, in Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
