Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Candidates with Masters's degree from reputed universities in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering also preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Communication, crisis management, EHS, Good leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Self control

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Environmental Management System, Health and Safety, Policy Establishment, Sustainability
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's ISO 45001 health and safety management system.
∎ Ensure the establishment of the policy, the objectives to achieve the desired results, promoting awareness, continuous improvement of the system and supporting people through the allocation of resources, consultation or participation of employees and constant communication of effective management, in accordance with the requirements of the health and safety management system.
∎ Maintain the processes related to the occupational health and safety management system implemented through constant performance monitoring in each location.
∎ Serve as support to the Health & Safety team of the different locations for issues related to health and safety management system.
∎ Ensure that the system is effectively implemented, maintained support any improvements required.
∎ Identify and keep updated the interested parties, internal and external issues relevant to the context of the organization.
∎ Meet all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Conduct internal audits of the system to ensure its effectiveness.
∎ Support EHS team to prepare action plan on Enablon platform and follow-up on a monthly way.
∎ Report on the organization's health and safety performance related to the health and safety management system.
∎ Lead the communication between external consultants and Gildan teams related to assessment and certification process base on to health and safety management system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2015, ISO 9001:2008 Lead auditor courses.
∎ Advance level job related risk analysis, Immediate cause, route cause, corrective & preventive action related to the job-related accident and incident.
∎ Health & safety related internal procedures, policies and format.
∎ Audit Process and Implementation of Corrective Action Plans.
∎ Regulatory framework in environmental matters.
∎ ISO 9001 Standard Interpretation Seminar/ Sensibilization towards Quality Seminar.
∎ Knowledge on safety and industrial Hygiene.
∎ HR policies & procedures.
