Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Information System, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and update data collection tools for monitoring activities and manage the monitoring database, following up on targets;
∎ Make available to all field sites the data collection tools and Supply them to every health facility in the field;
∎ Implement the data collection tools for monitoring activities and manage the monitoring database, following up on targets;
∎ Ensure consistency in capturing health data in a timely and coherent manner in accordance with JRRP policy;
∎ Extracting Data from the HIS Sheet;
∎ Inputting the Data to DGHS/DHIS2 (Govt.);
∎ Inputting the Neonatal Baby’s record to the HIS system;
∎ Inputting ANC/PNC/Family planning data to HIS system;
∎ Compiling the data for UNHCR, JRRP, and EWARS (Early Warning Alert System);
∎ Sending the data to UNHCR;
∎ Collecting, Analyzing, Inputting and compiling the medication data from pharmacy log sheet of UNHCR;
∎ Inputting the Family planning medication record from Family planning pharmacy log sheet;
∎ Collecting the EPI Data and compile Weekly and monthly Reports;
∎ Keeping and tracking the accurate data record from the field;
∎ Visit the health facilities to assure the quality of data;
∎ Arranging HIS orientation for the health staff;
∎ Evaluating and assure the quality of field data;
∎ Operate out of JRRP office in Cox's Bazar to verify the accuracy of field-based data;
∎ Submit field visit reports, Early Warning System (EWARS) reports, UNHCR, and JRRP Weekly Reports, Weekly pharmacy report of UNHCR and FH/MTI;
∎ Submitting UNHCR, JRRP HIS, EPI and medication reports, Situation Report (SITREP), 4Ws reports bi-weekly;
∎ Create a monthly evaluation reports of data. Send monthly Quarterly and yearly field visits, HIS, Medication, EPI, Neonatal Baby’s record, ANC/PNC/Family planning a total Patient visit, total morbidity reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, able to relate to and effectively communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);

∎ Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamic set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and/or suggest viable solutions while advancing goals and objectives;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and/or GoToMeeting;
∎ Knowledge of statistics; knowledge of health/biostatistics is a requirement
∎ Familiarity with Health Information Systems (HIS) and Early Warning Alert and Response System (EWARS)
∎ Experience working with government DHIS is an added advantage.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support.
