Educational Requirements:
∎ DMF pass from any registered Medical Assistant Training School under the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh with BMDC registration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Health Center Incharge will be responsible for the health center to ensure the quality of health care under the supervision of the Chief Health Officer.
∎ Attend group members meeting and satellite campaign for health awareness.
∎ Support and supervision of Health Assistants.
∎ Report writing and overall management in the health center.
∎ The employee shall respect ASA's Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement.
∎ Perform diagnose and treatment of the patient in the health center at outdoor basis.
∎ Give individual health education related to the patient's disease.
∎ Ensure patient confidentiality with respect and dignity.
∎ Record keeping like patients, drugs and medicine cost in the register book.
∎ Refer all lifesaving and emergency cases to the nearest Govt. hospital.
∎ Organize and participate actively in the Health camping activities in the community.
∎ Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment and drugs.
∎ Conduct health education sessions for the community people during visit.
∎ Prepare monthly report, health center budgets and drugs requisitions list at regular basis.
∎ Maintain all logistics registers, monthly planner and performance book.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor and the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Willingness of extensive travelling,
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people,
∎ Competency in MS Office package
∎ Those who don't have valid BMDC registration number are not eligible to apply.
∎ Age Maximum 30 yrs. (as per birth date of NID card)
∎ 2 years professional experience in NGO health services.
Salary: Tk. 19250 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 19,250/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
