Educational Requirements:
∎ DMF pass from any registered Medical Assistant Training School under the State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh with BMDC registration.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for the health center to ensure the quality of health care under the supervision of the Deputy Chief/Chief Health Officer.
∎ Attend group meeting and satellite campaign for health awareness.
∎ Support and supervise of Health Assistants.
∎ Responsible for report writing and overall management in the health center.
∎ Perform diagnosis and treatment of the patient in the health center an outdoor basis.
∎ Give individual health education related to the patient's disease.
∎ Record keeping like patients, drugs, and medicine costs in the register book.
∎ Refer all lifesaving and emergency cases to the nearest hospitals.
∎ Organize and participate actively in the health camping activities in the community.
∎ Conduct health education sessions for the community people during the visit.
∎ Prepare monthly reports, health center budgets, and drug requisitions list a regular basis.
∎ Maintain all logistics registers, monthly planner, and performance book.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Respect ASA's Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Engagement.
∎ Ensure patient confidentiality with respect and dignity.
∎ Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment and drugs.
∎ Willingness for extensive travelling,
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people,
∎ Competency in MS Office package
Salary:
∎ As per organization policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA. All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Nabobarsha Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed to the regularized employee on successful completion of the probation period.
