∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & Implement quality systems in the manufacturing unit.
∎ Ensure the quality as per Buyers standard from sampling to shipment.
∎ Implement stringent quality standards specified by the organization, to enhance the quality of products and reduce rejection/wastage.
∎ Ensuring smooth functioning of the process by assuring the SOP manual is followed.
∎ Responsible for Pre-production meeting & Risk Analysis.
∎ To maintain all discipline and compliance issues.
∎ Should have capability to lead all quality staff and GPQ
∎ Planning, promoting and organizing training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Anticipating, analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving Quality problems.
∎ Ultimately ensuring the final product quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 - 5 Years' Experience as a quality head in Garment Manufacturing/export house is a must.
∎ Candidate must have strong knowledge of Total Quality Management systems in garment manufacturing unit/Export House.
∎ Strong in terms of Technical & Compliance of Quality Systems & Process. QC/QA
∎ Excellent communication skills with Strategic thinking & Troubleshooting & Planning abilities.
∎ Should be capable to work with 1.5 AQL.
∎ Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
∎ Possess strong administrative skills, display a high level of professionalism with team members, and positive attitude.
