Responsibilities & Context:
To Improve washing, dyeing, and dry processes, ensuring quality standards.
To Follow-up company SOPs and ensure proper channelization.
Oversee team training and adherence to industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Lead R&D and innovation in washing, dyeing, and dry processes.
Conduct laboratory tests and analyze reports on fabric and garment properties.
Standardize recipes for bulk production.
Coordinate with corporate office/buying office for bulk approvals and shade bands.
Ensure on-time delivery and product safety parameters.
Perform any other task assigned by management.
To take responsibility of reduction of manpower & cost.
To take initiative to setup new technology in plant for future
