Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop trade strategy in line with the company business plan to increase Share of Trade Visibility and Notice ability.
∎ Develop and drive trade engagement programs and ensure all BTL supports for each campaign.
∎ Develop and launch periodic trade promotions/campaigns in line with business objectives and thus increase SOR (Share of Recommendations) and market share.
∎ Drive business through alternative channels, innovative distribution models and modern retail trade as a part of exploring new business opportunities.
∎ Formulate channel development strategy and implement the same in Developed & Emerging markets
∎ Develop & launch effective channel incentive model to ensure retailers satisfaction with strategic support from other functions
∎ Develop and launch product activities with the changing market need.
∎ Develop and launch periodic trade promotions/campaigns in line with business objectives.
∎ Develop & implement rural market penetration strategy
∎ Develop and implement regional distribution plan through effective and efficient management of the financial resources, distributors, distribution sales forces in order to ensure optimum availability of the products in line with company objective.
∎ Lead and guide the regional team for sales operational plans on an ongoing basis to meet the business target.
∎ Identify potential new markets and formulate strategies to penetrate those areas.
∎ Building an effective sales team in the assigned zone with the distribution field forces through regular briefings, training's, performance review sessions and success celebrations to ensure integrated approach, right focus and concerted efforts in implementing the distribution activities and other business plans.
∎ Developing and maintaining a sustainable long term business relationship with the key trade members.
∎ Monitoring the distributors' business in terms of business feasibility and suggesting necessary measures to increase their earnings.
∎ Preparing monthly sales forecast for all the outlets and dealers communicate to Sales Support for preparing production plan
∎ Monitoring and ensuring proper stock level of all the Dealers and outlets as well.
∎ Coordinating with different cross functional units to ensure on time commission disbursement for Dealers partners. Effective involvement in designing, implementing and rolling out Dealers Project.
∎ Designing area coverage monitoring plan, preparing detail guidelines and necessary tools for effective monitoring of the aforesaid project. Preparing monthly sales forecast.
∎ Ensuring timely communication with present and potential buyers.
∎ Assisting the line manager to identify the target market, develop product requirements and effectively evaluate customer needs
∎ Assisting the line manager to execute customer acquisition programs.
