∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Diploma/ Post Graduation Diploma in textile technology/ Merchandising/ Fashion Designing will be an added advantage
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Apparel merchandising, Computer Proficiency, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to communicate effectively, Able to work under pressure, Apparel merchandising, Fabric Costing, Garment Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Explore existing buyers both knit woven and sweater heavy knits business;
∎ Bring new customer onboard within target time frame;
∎ Long time commitment
∎ Work independently
∎ Target oriented
∎ Ability to handle 20-25 people in a team -including QA
∎ Asian Foreigner / local welcome
∎ Frequent traveling and design knowledge
∎ Frequent traveling experience and ability to work directly with retailer or importer
∎ Strong communication skills and relations with customers for new sourcing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 44 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure with set target.
∎ Should have proven leadership and inter-personal skills with capacity to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer including MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc. Expertise in SAP will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Should be fluent in both spoken and written communications in English.
∎ Ability to speak Hindi would be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent written communication skill required.
∎ Experienced to handle European and USA retails business
∎ Any foreign candidates will be preferred in this position
