Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree in Economics/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee the overall structured finance including syndication and project finance of the bank.
∎ To achieve business targets in terms loan portfolio Of the bank by originating, structuring and executing corporate and structured syndicated finance transactions in the loan markets
∎ To build a prospective clienteles for syndication financing in line with Bank's risk appetite and manage competitive local & foreign financing arrangements.
∎ Help determine optimal capital structure for client and jointly pitch proper debt solutions and other ancillary banking products.
∎ To formulate effective syndication finance strategy and implement syndication function for the Bank
∎ Ensure proper monitoring and supervision of all accounts
∎ To Maintain relationship with Bangladesh Bank. Investment Promotion and Financing Facility and other units and with other multilateral, bi-lateral organization for arrangement of fund.
∎ Act as primary liaison between client and potential lenders during the syndication process and post- closing.
∎ Grooming Other employees Of the unit for assuming greater responsibilities in future.
∎ Any Other duties assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years Of experience in Financial Industry (must have 5-8 years experience in similar role)
∎ Must have financial modeling skills; necessary knowledge on ECA backed financing, Public-private Partnership, Equity Finance, Infrastructure financing, Bond issuance, Investment Banking
∎ Should have Strong knowledge Of local and international syndication and structured financing practices
∎ Should be conversant with regulatory guidelines/policies as well as laws and practices for loan and equity financing
∎ A highly creative, knowledgeable and tech-savvy individual
∎ Must have strong communication. presentation, negotiation skills
∎ CFA qualification will be added advantage
