∎ Minimum graduate

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor recovery/regularization/rescheduling of NPL portfolio in line with Bangladesh Bank and internal guidelines.
∎ Formulate/assist in developing effective policies for NPL Management
∎ Determine account plan/exit/recovery strategy for special assets and pursue all options to maximize loan recovery.
∎ Initiate legal processing upon requirement & maintain relationship with regulators, law enforcement teams and lawyers
∎ Develop/Assist in developing staff with appropriate qualifications & skills for management of classified assets
∎ Provide support, advice & guidance to the branches in recovery of the classified loans
∎ Formulate Budget for annual expenses of special asset management to ensure efficient recovery
∎ Monitor proper utilization of budget for special asset management and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirements with Bangladesh Bank
∎ Coordinate with other divisions/branches when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Excellent analytical skills
