Responsibilities & Context:
Euro Foods Company is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain to oversee Job and manage all aspects of the supply chain function. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence across the entire supply chain. This is a senior leadership role suited for someone who can drive innovation and operational excellence in a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with company goals
Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory planning, and distribution operations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency
Build and manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of raw materials and finished goods
Monitor and analyze KPIs to track supply chain performance
Ensure compliance with national and international food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and finance for seamless operations
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team
