Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and drive Agriculture Finance business through own network to comply with regulator's expectation;
∎ Establish and lead all strategic alliances strategies, required infrastructure, and priorities with the local and multinational donors, foreign agencies, and development partners;
∎ Work collaboratively with Product, CRM, and businesses throughout the Alliance Lifecycle(s) from prioritizing, screening, operational launch, and ongoing relationship management;
∎ Develop and enhance the relationship with assigned alliance partner(s) to build market expansion engagement strategies;
∎ Identify joint offerings and propositions with alliance partners;
∎ Design sales enabling strategies and strategic growth initiatives and communication materials associated with launching alliance partnership(s);
∎ Lead and manage all digital initiatives and financial inclusion strategies from SME businesses and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders for successful implementation;
∎ Prepare strategic guidelines along with business and CRM teams for penetrating all untapped SME businesses inside or external of our network;
∎ Take initiatives to digitize all SME-related functions and services to reduce cost and enhance the customer experience;
∎ Providing policy support to all SME business teams for achieving business objectives;
∎ Develop and implement new business ideas aligning with our digital and financial inclusion strategy applicable to SME customers;
∎ Work closely with the Agent Banking function to create a robust platform and develop customized products and services aiming to facilitate SME businesses;
∎ Oversee effective collaboration amongst SME Banking functions and with other bank functions to enhance operational effectiveness and provide the highest levels of customer service;
∎ Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues to help embed a robust digital financial services ecosystem for SME Banking;
∎ Point of contact for establishing and managing relationships with government, local and external stakeholders for digital financial inclusion interventions;
∎ Design and implement a strategy to identify new partners to bring into the bank's ecosystem;
∎ Research new technologies that could have an impact on the bank or SME business model;
∎ Ensuring pertinent training/workshops/knowledge sharing programs for the respective team members;
∎ Engage in policy advocacy relevant to SME banking business development with regulators and government agencies;
∎ Undertake different studies (through own initiatives and other agencies) to establish use cases for SME banking business relevant to policy advocacy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 15+ years of relevant experience in the banking or digital financial services industry;
∎ Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects;
∎ Strong leadership and motivational skills for people management and supporting stakeholder;
∎ Expert in customer-centricity; team player and keen to develop others.
