Responsibilities & Context:
This position is responsible for overseeing comprehensive materials management across central warehouses and all stores, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and compliance with operational procedures in a large export-oriented factory.
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing allover Material control and Store activities regarding Central Warehouse, Accessories store, Fabrics, Chemicals, Spare parts and Leftover/wastage store.
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures regarding Materials Management.
Monitoring and supervising all store-related activities of 100% export-oriented woven factory.
Monitor & Control woven factories & movement of material flow from Raw to finish product & dispatch to the end customer.
Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the items of the store properly.
Checking physical inventory from time to time to cross-match with the monthly inventory report.
Supervision of receive and delivering all materials as per requirement.
Working with SAP for better control, planning & stocktaking system based.
Ensure to make order reconciliation and submit this report to high management.
Ensure all receive and delivery of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Yearly report preparation according to inventory flow movement and submission to the proper authority.
