Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material , materials wastage control , materials supervision , store and deliver all materials as per requisition of Companies requirement.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of all kinds of raw materials.
∎ Update and establish standard store and inventory management policy & planning then review time to time
∎ Maintain inventory and stock of store by using modern (ERP/ Inventory Management Software
∎ Physical verification and reconciliation regularly of all types of store stock and inventory
∎ Distribute store materials as per approved requisition
∎ Ensure all receive and delivery of store materials are properly recorded and documented& released
∎ Monthly report preparation according to inventory flow movement and submit to Internal Audit/Proper authority.
∎ Ensure co-operation and co-ordination with production, commercial, accounts and concern department regarding store issues
∎ Monitor Issuing materials against approval requisition and ensure control through established internal control procedure.
∎ Supervise the warehouse and ensure timely delivery and logistics support.
∎ Verifying receipt.
∎ Constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties;
∎ Obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, preparing merchandise for delivery.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes.
∎ Determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
∎ Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels and anticipating customer demand.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
∎ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Enforces all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
∎ Highly knowledge about FIFO,LIFO, Lean, Store Compliance.
∎ And any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge about light woven fabrics & smart storage process.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office Package and ERP software.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in store system & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
