Cosmetics Industry, cosmetics marketing, Marketing skill for beauty and cosmetics industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting company products to target customers both in private and public sectors for creating brand awareness and eventually generating sales.
∎ Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
∎ Manage existing and potential customers through personal sales visits and building a strong relationship with them.
∎ Self-motivated, result-oriented and must be sales-driven.
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in cosmetics Industry or any FMCG Industry.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing or potential clients.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, as well as to network and find new business opportunities.
∎ The ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ The ability to identify and solve problems that may arise in the sales process.
∎ Guiding and leading the sales territory executives, sales planning and monitoring trade and corporate sales.
∎ Coordinating with the division's head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Must be good at Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.
